Enjoyed this. The coffee/smoking ritual at the start pulled me in because its such a classic little moment in our lives. The bits about cigarettes being the “pinnacle of design” and the self-checkout stoner made me laugh. Also liked the shift into the stuff about your kids - felt like the humour and the serious side actually belonged together rather than becsoming into a lecture. Good read
